1. Connect Fee ( BIZMWIDE Prime Access Pass )

  • The Connect Fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Service Fees & Refund Eligibility

Refunds depend on the type of service provided and are subject to Bizmwide’s final decision. Refund requests will be considered only before the next milestone is reached.

(A) Consultancy Services

  • Refunds are not available once the service has been initiated.
  • For long-term consulting projects, a refund may be considered if a cancellation request is made before the next milestone. In such cases, only the remaining milestones may be refunded.
  • The final decision on refunds rests with Bizmwide.

(B) Business Services

  • Refunds are generally not provided due to the nature of the work.
  • Under exceptional circumstances, a refund may be processed for unutilized milestones if the cancellation request is made before the next milestone.
  • The final decision on refunds rests with Bizmwide.

(C) Creative Services

  • Refunds are not available once work has commenced.
  • In special cases, if a cancellation request is made before the next milestone, a refund may be issued for unutilized milestones.
  • The final decision on refunds rests with Bizmwide.

(D) Academy Services

  • The refund policy for academy courses and training programs varies by service and will be provided at the time of purchase.

(E) Research Support Services

  • A refund may be considered if a cancellation request is made before the next milestone.

(F) Digital Assets & Special Services

  • Refunds are not available for digital assets, templates, software, or any intellectual property sold by Bizmwide.
  • In rare cases, refunds may be issued at Bizmwide’s sole discretion.

General Terms & Conditions for Refunds

  1. Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
  2. Mode of Refund: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or any other agreed-upon method.
  3. Refund Denial: If a refund request does not meet our eligibility criteria, it will be denied, and the client will be informed.
  4. Cancellation Requests: All refund or cancellation requests must be sent in writing to our official support channel.
