  1. Bizmwide Prime Access: Before starting any service, clients must purchase the Bizmwide Prime Access Pass ($69) to help analyze their needs. This fee is non-refundable.
  2. Service Proposal: After assessment, a customized service proposal will be shared, detailing scope, pricing, and timelines.
  3. Agreement & Execution: Upon mutual agreement, services commence as per agreed milestones and payments.

Validity of Bizmwide Prime Access: The Prime Access phase is valid for One Year, including support via live meetings and chat.


Service Terms & Conditions

  • Clients must schedule an appointment after purchasing Bizmwide Prime Access.
  • Post the first meeting, our experts provide seven days of chat support to assess the requirement.
  • A Service Proposal Document will be shared, outlining service details and costs.
  • Once the proposal is accepted, the onboarding process starts as per the agreed terms.

Payment Policy

  • Service fees depend on project complexity and industry standards.
  • Payments are structured into four milestones, typically 30%-40%-30%-10%.
  • The final 10% payment is due after service completion.
  • Late payments may lead to service suspension or termination.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Bizmwide Prime Access ($69) is non-refundable.
  • Consultancy services are generally non-refundable, as per industry norms.
  • If a service is canceled mid-way, refunds (if applicable) will be based on the work completed.

  • Clients must provide accurate data and participate actively for the best results.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • All solutions, strategies, and content created by Bizmwide remain its intellectual property unless transferred under a separate agreement.
  • Clients cannot resell or distribute Bizmwide’s materials without permission.

Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will be addressed through Bizmwide’s support system.
  • If unresolved, the matter will be presented to the relevant legal authority.

Modifications to Terms

  • Bizmwide reserves the right to update these terms when necessary. Clients will be notified of major changes.
